Description
The fruit for this wine is sourced from an array of different vineyards throughout Bendigo, but regional and varietal characters are unmistakable in this powerful, brash young wine. Lifted red berries, wild herbs and mint are all evident in the aromatic profile, with some toasty oak character also. The intense fruit doesn’t let up upon tasting, with ripe, juicy red berries and plum, firm tannin and acidity to leave the flavours lingering. A great follow up to the fantastic 2008 Fringe Shiraz Cab, this will improve gradually over the next five years or more.
