A vibrant and intruiging expression of shiraz, this wine offers a classy perfume of dark cherry and choc-licorice set to a subtle scent of cedary oak. It’s full, with plush, dark fruit flavours and given some structure from coils of firm, dusty tannin. The result is a seamless, seductive and dangerously drinkable style. This wine has the attributes to cellar well over the next five to ten years, yet its fruit intensity and supple tannin structure make it enjoyable in its youth, particularly with food.
